Washing of fruits and vegetables must be carried out as a very careful treatment before storage and packaging. During this process, delicate fruits and vegetables are swimming in sterile water and are transported on conveyer belts (see also PRO3®Tunnel Process Tool). A central water system PAP provides the required sterile water.
